What was your worst experience as a trainee?

Overcoming my shyness. I didn’t enjoy meetings with clients when my face was bright red and I was shaking and stuttering!

What’s the best thing about your job?

The excitement from clients when their purchase completes. Especially first time buyers.

Who’s your hero and why?

Superman … [sigh]… if only he were real!

Claire deals with the full range of property related work including:

• Sales, purchases and remortgages of both freehold and leashold property.
• Acting for first time buyers, investors and buyers at auction
• Acting for families moving up the property ladder.
• Transfers of Property following relationship breakdown, by agreement or following a death.
• Voluntary First Registrations and Unregistered Land.
• Enquiries regarding the contents of your deeds; i.e. developement restrictions, boundary queries etc.
