Biography

What was your first ever job?

As a 12 year old delivering the Portsmouth Evening News by bike around the rural West Sussex village of Graffham – a six mile round trip to deliver 15 news papers an evening. I gave up after about 3 months!

What do you do at the weekends?

Breadmaking, the occasional bike ride, and doing battle with the garden (and losing …)

• Property transfers pursuant to insolvency, matrimonial breakdown and death
• Acting for developers in the acquisition of development land and freehold and leasehold plot sales
• Auction work regularly attending Maggs and Allen’s monthly Auctions
• Equity release
• Individual and portfolio remortgages
• Leasehold enfranchisement

Career history

Theo studied Law at the University of the West of England and has practised in and around Bristol since 1999.
