Law Society’s quality mark reflects Wards Solicitors’ high standards

Wards Solicitors has again been awarded the Law Society's sought after Lexcel quality mark for excellence, an accreditation we have proudly held for almost as long as the scheme has existed.

The scheme sets the benchmark for quality in a number of different areas including people management, client care and file and case management.

It also assures clients they can expect a high standard of service including regular and accurate cost estimates, a timely response to enquiries and accessible information on how charges are calculated.

The Lexcel auditor - who spent several days visiting all 11 Wards Solicitors' offices across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath & North East Somerset and North Somerset - once again applauded our well-developed sense of corporate and social responsibility, particularly the recent appointment of a 'Green Champion' to look at our environmental footprint.
