New Solicitor Associate, Rachael Thomas joins Wards Solicitors’ Yate office

Local independent law firm, Wards Solicitors is pleased to announce a new appointment to their Yate office, located within the town's busy shopping centre.

Rachael joins the firm as a Solicitor Associate within the firm's Wills, Wealth & Mental Capacity team, having qualified and worked as a solicitor within the South West region for a number of years. Rachael will focus on all areas including Will drafting, Inheritance Tax and Long Term Care planning, Administration of Estates, Court of Protection and Mental Capacity work (including completion and registering of Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Applications to appoint Financial Deputies).

Rachael says, "I'm delighted to have joined the Wards Solicitors team. The part I love most about my work is meeting my clients. I enjoy speaking to people and learning about their situation or family set up. It's the peripheral information that has the greatest impact on the end solution or service presented.
