Beth Cudmore has joined the Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity team, and will work from the Portishead office. Beth specialises in advising on matters relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, wealth preservation, advising elderly clients on preparing for the future and has 7 years’ experience of general estate administration.

Beth comments “There is much more to consider when preparing a Will than the obvious ‘who gets what’. A great deal of the work I do is complex and involves changing legislation and it is my job to make sure that my clients benefit from my expertise and knowledge in this area of law. I’m looking forward to working with existing clients of Wards Solicitors and meeting new ones in the area.”

Katrina Bartlett joins the Bradley Stoke office as a member of the Commercial Property team. Katrina has over 15 years’ qualified experience and has worked with large and smaller firms. Her areas of expertise lie in commercial property leases, sale and purchase of commercial properties and leases, working with local developers on the acquisition of land for residential development and assisting property owners with the re-financing of commercial property. Katrina joins John Brentnall, Heather Jones, Jonathan Wilson, Iain Bray and Michelle Ward in providing commercial property expertise to businesses across the South West.

Natalie Forshaw joins the Central Bristol office as a member of the Disputes team, specialising in commercial and Civil litigation.

Natalie says “I feel my previous experience working with local government as well as private practice will bring a level of ‘inside knowledge’ to my new role at Wards Solicitors. It’s always beneficial to have a legal representative who understands both sides of the playing field.”
