Two local lawyers promoted to Partner at Wards Solicitors’ Nailsea office
Wards Solicitors is marking the start of 2019 with two key promotions in its Nailsea office, further improving the level of expertise and experience available to clients in the local area.
Luke Hewitt, who works in the conveyancing department, and Rebecca Purchase, part of the Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity team, have both been promoted to Partner.
Luke is a Residential Conveyancing expert whose work spans everything from freehold and leasehold sales to property transfers following matrimonial breakdown or death as well as acting for developers in the acquisition of land and freehold and leasehold plot sales. He is also manager of Wards Solicitors' Nailsea office and a member of the town's Chamber of Commerce.

Rebecca specialises in Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, in particular Court of Protection and Mental Capacity work including deputyship and Lasting Powers of Attorney and is listed as a 'name to note' in the independent Legal 500 guide for 2019 which recommends Wards Solicitors' Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate department for providing 'service levels of a very high standard.'
