As part of National Wills Month (coming up in October), Wards Solicitors is delighted to be partnering with local charity The Brightwell , based in Bradley Stoke, to raise awareness of the importance of having a correctly drawn up Will in place, and also to raise valuable funds for The Brightwell’s work.
Throughout Charity Will Week, running from 17 to 21 October, Wards is offering the chance to engage one of their qualified Wills and Probate solicitors, who are donating their time for free, to draft or update a standard Will in return for a donation to The Brightwell. The charity provides support to those living with Multiple Sclerosis, and other neurological conditions.
Wills and Probate Solicitor, Katherine Roe said: “For anyone thinking about making a Will, this is a fantastic way to not only make sure your wishes are set out properly by a qualified solicitor, but also to raise money for this very worthwhile local charity”
Alison Davis, The Brightwell’s Community and Events Development Officer said: “We’re delighted to be working with Wards Solicitors on this important initiative.”
“It’s a wonderful chance to benefit from the expertise and friendly, individual service that Wards offers – and that is especially important as we know that the process of writing a Will can be understandably daunting for many people. And of course the added bonus is the knowledge that you will also be raising vital funds for our much needed services.”
