Wills and Probate – free legal advice, help and reassurance at regular Yate drop-in sessions

  • 31st Jan 2018

Perhaps you’ve been thinking of making a Will for ages but haven’t quite got round to it.

Or have something on your mind you’d like to chat over with a solicitor but not sure you actually need to make an appointment.

Why not pop into Yate Library in the shopping centre on the first Thursday morning of each month to have a reassuring chat with two members of Wards Solicitors’ highly experienced, friendly and approachable Wills and Probate team?

Solicitor Associate, Rachael Thomas, and Chartered Legal Executive, Kim Brodribb, are more than happy to answer any questions you have on issues including making a Will, asset protection or appointing a lasting power of attorney and can point you in the right direction if further advice is needed.

You don’t need to make an appointment and it’s a free service.

Rachael and Kim are both experienced and come highly recommended by clients.

One said of Rachael: “We were impressed with the speed at which Rachael dealt with our matter and her understanding of the concept that speed really was essential. Thank you to all concerned.”

Whilst another said of Kim: “Kim Brodribb dealt with us in a very professional and friendly manner. Everything was explained in an easy and understandable way. We were very satisfied with the service offered.”

Rachael and Kim are part of Wards Solicitors’ Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity team, increasingly recognised as one of the most experienced in the region.

It has been recommended in the latest edition of the prestigious Legal 500 guide for 2017, an independent publication which recommends legal firms and individual lawyers based on merit.

The guide praises the team for having ‘a clear set of processes which assist in ensuring client relationships are always kept up to date’. It is also singled out for its ‘helpful and appropriate information and advice’.
