Secretary – Wills and Probate
Full time temporary Wills and Probate secretary needed for maternity cover from mid-July.
You will be working within the friendly Wills & Probate and Court of Protection team supporting fee earners with general legal secretarial support on a day to day basis.
You will need to be an accurate typist with experience of audio typing. You will also be required to speak to clients to keep them appraised of progress, draft documents, perform detailed diary management, manage matters on our case management system – from opening a matter to final billing as well as keeping databases updated. Experience in the use of MS Office to include Word and Excel will be essential.

Float Legal Secretary
We are looking for an experienced Float Legal Secretary to join our busy team. The central duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of correspondence; dealing with incoming and outgoing post; audio typing and word processing ; filing, photocopying, and printing; communicating with clients over the phone and over email.
Essential Experience: The successful candidate must have experience in Conveyancing/Wills and Probate/Family Law. Candidate must have their own car for driving between offices.
Location: 12 office locations across the South West to include central Bristol.
