Rachel Noyce
Trainee Solicitor
Rachel is a trainee solicitor, currently working in the firm's Wills and Mental Capacity team.
Rachel says: “Conversations surrounding death can be very difficult and stressful. As legal professionals, our role is to alleviate some of this stress: by taking on as much of the client’s burden as needed; and by explaining the relevant law to the client in an accessible way. I understand the importance of kindness, clear communication, and professionalism; and I apply this ethic to all work I do”
Qualifications and Experience
- July 2021 – Graduated from the University of Southampton with a 2:1 in LLB Law
- July 2022 – Graduated from the University of Law with a commendation in the LPC/LLM
- 2022-2024 – Worked as a secretary in Wills and Probate
- March 2024 – Commenced training contract with Wards Solicitors
