Dangerous Driving

Dangerous driving is one of the more serious driving offences.  It is charged where the standard of driving has gone beyond merely careless driving and is deemed to be dangerous.

A conviction can very easily lead to a custodial sentence and a lengthy ban.

In addition, any dangerous driving offence will require an extended re-test before your licence will be returned.

Early preparation is essential in preparing a defence or mitigating the penalties as much as possible.

Give yourself a head start by getting in touch with us early on to discuss your case.
