Wards Lawyers Advance
Local solicitor, James Taylor, who is based at Wards’ Solicitors Bradley Stoke branch and is the Manager of the office, has been promoted to Associate. James is a civil disputes lawyer who joined Wards in 2006. He qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has over 10 years’ experience of all aspects of civil litigation.
James has a particular interest and expertise in the area of mediation and qualified as a trained Mediator with the nationally renowned ADR Group in 2004.
In addition, Richard Clement, who works in the national relocation conveyancing unit at Bradley Stoke, has passed all of his Licensed Conveyancer exams and is now a qualified specialist. He concentrates solely on dealing with residential conveyancing for employees who are moving as part of a company relocation, as well as for individuals who are relocating due to career advancement or other personal reasons.
