New Employment Solicitor joins Wards’ Bristol office

Wards Solicitors has appointed a specialist Employment Solicitor to its Disputes team, building on its breadth of services and support for both individuals and local businesses.

Laura Ramos specialises in all areas of employment law with a particular focus on dispute resolution. An experienced litigator, Laura has a successful track record in Employment Tribunal work, representing both employers and employees. She deals with all types of employment claims, from breach of contract and unfair dismissal (conduct, capability and redundancy) to discrimination and whistleblowing.

Laura, who qualified in 2020, joins Wards from DAS Law where she worked with a wide range of clients, including local authorities, charities and SMEs as well as individual employees. She previously worked for Ince Metcalfe in Bristol. Laura will be working in Wards' Bristol office.
