It was a day of mixed fortunes for the Wards Solicitors team at this years Dragon Boat Festival, organised by the Rotary club of Bristol Breakfast. - They came first and last - first for fancy dress and last in the race!

When looking for a fancy dress theme someone pointed out that 2015 is the Chinese year of the sheep and so team 'Wards Baarmy army' was decided upon. A lot of time was spent in Blue Peter fashion sticking cotton wool balls onto hoodies - unfortunately less time was spent on the teams paddling skills.

Jenny Pierce, Head of Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity, said 'Thank you to all the crew and our sheepdog drummer. We had a great day out and are pleased to report that we have raised around £1,000 for charity'.
