Wills and Probate Legal Assistant

Candice specialises in advising clients and the drafting of Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Candice assists with the following matters:

  • Advising clients on their Will options and the preparation of these documents, from simple Wills, to more complex Wills that include a trust.
  • Advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney and the preparation of these documents
  • Assisting clients with Grant of Probate applications.

Qualifications and Experience

Law Degree 2019
Graduate Diploma in Law 2021
STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estate (England and Wales) 2022
STEP Advanced Certificate in Will preparation (England and Wales) 2022
Member of the Bristol Junior Chamber
