Caroline is an experienced specialist solicitor working across the areas of Wills and Probate as well as the application and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Examples of Caroline’s work and expertise include:

  • Advising executors and beneficiaries on estates, especially those with multi-jurisdictional element
  • Advising individuals on tax planning, preparation of suitable Wills and Deed of Variation
  • Advising on drafting and implementation of Powers of Attorney
  • Drafting bespoke Trusts and letters of wishes
  • Advising on cross border Will preparation and estate administration (especially estates with a French law element)

Qualifications and Experience

  • LLB Law and French Degree 2000
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in 2004
  • Full member of Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
  • Caroline speaks French
