Christine has over 30 years' of experience covering the full range of private client work, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate and succession planning.  For the last 15 years, Christine has had a particular focus on trusts, advising on all aspects, including trust creation and management.

Where appropriate, Christine works with colleagues in other teams across the firm and other professionals, such as accountants and financial advisors, to ensure a joined-up approach for her clients.

Examples of Christine’s work and expertise include:

  • Advising on the creation and administration of trusts, for example, to protect young or vulnerable beneficiaries
  • Drafting Wills, including complex Wills incorporating trusts
  • Creation of trusts to protect personal injury compensation awards
  • Estate and succession planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Deeds of Variation

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in 2002
  • Full member of Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2007
