Sion is a specialist lawyer who works across a wide range of Court of Protection applications, including Lay Deputy appointments, Gift and Statutory Will applications, and trustee replacement in sale cases.

 

His expertise spans dealing with:

  • Professional deputyship administrations
  • Litigated files
  • Cases with significant settlements
  • Cases requiring a solid understanding of statutory funding and social services responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation of Office of Public Guardian (OPG) reports as well as providing general guidance to Lay Deputies.
