- Acting for first time buyers, investors and buyers at auction
- Transfers of Property following relationship breakdown, by agreement or following a death
- Voluntary First Registrations and Unregistered Land
- Adverse Possession applications
- Enquiries regarding the contents of deeds; i.e. development restrictions, boundary queries etc.
- Advising on covenants and restrictions in property deeds
Stacey says: “They say that moving home is one of the most stressful things that someone completes in their life time. My aim is to try and help my clients to move home and take the stress of the law out of it for them whilst ensuring they have a clear understanding of what it means.”
