Proven local expertise creates dream conveyancing team at Wards’ Henleaze office

A dynamic conveyancing duo with a wealth of local expertise has just joined the Wards Solicitors' team in the Henleaze office.

Licenced conveyancer Helen Walker and conveyancing assistant Amy Ritchings have worked closely together for a number of years in the Westbury-on-Trym and Henleaze area.

During this time, they have developed a formidable reputation locally for their efficiency and skill in getting conveyancing transactions over the line.

Local experience and specialist skill

Helen, who joined Wards in the summer, has specialised in residential conveyancing and property work since 2014 with extensive knowledge of sales, purchases and remortgages.

Amy, who is well on her way to becoming a qualified licenced conveyancer, has built up considerable experience of property selling in her previous role working alongside Helen. They are ably supported by secretary, Tracy Downham, who rejoined Wards earlier this year.

Helen says: "It's great that Amy and I can continue working together at Wards, especially as we have already established such a great professional rapport and knowledge of the local area.
