Making a difference for St Peter’s Hospice

Another great result for the St Peter's Hospice fundraiser, Make a Will Fortnight, which raised £17,000.

A group of 16 of our Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity lawyers gave up their time free of charge last October to help people make or update their Will in return for a suggested donation to the hospice.

Wards Solicitors has been one of the main supporters of the Bristol charity's Will writing initiative for the last five years helping it raise more than £100,000 in that time.

Partner Jenny Pierce, head of the Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity team, said: "St Peter's Hospice is an incredible place and we are always delighted to help out and at the same time, enable people to make or update their Will, something we believe is very important."
