Local independent law firm, Wards Solicitors is pleased to announce two new appointments to their National Conveyancing team, based in Bradley Stoke.

Rachel Bennett joins the National Conveyancing team as a residential property specialist. Local to the area, and a governor at her local primary school, Rachel specialises in properties that are being sold across the UK.

Rachel comments: "It's satisfying being able to help people to complete their sales in a fast and efficient manner. I am looking forward to working as a part of one of the leading, specialist conveyancing teams in the region.

Thomas Mark-Bell also joins the team as a residential conveyancing and employee relocation specialist. Having himself just moved into the area, Thomas is well aware of the challenges presented by a move to a different part of the country and starting a new job.

Thomas said: "I'm delighted to have joined the Wards Solicitors team. Having the opportunity to work with such a well-respected and established local firm is fantastic. I understand the pressure involved in relocating for work, and am looking forward to helping individuals to take this step with as little hassle as possible."
