New Wards Solicitors’ conveyancing lawyer adds to our expertise in Weston-super-Mare

Our highly qualified conveyancing team in Weston-super-Mare is joined by solicitor Brittany Whitfield who brings existing experience and knowledge of the local residential housing market to her role.

Brittany has recently worked in nearby Burnham on Sea, where she grew up, and Clevedon, gaining a reputation for excellence, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.

Her role will include sales, purchases and remortgages of both freehold and leasehold property as well as acting for first time buyers and advising on covenants and restrictions in property deeds.

She says: "Conveyancing is a complex area of law, it is important to use a solicitor who understands the transaction and is able to deal with any problems which may arise. I always try to be approachable and explain things in plain English so clients are able to understand what can be quite a complicated process."

Every year, the Conveyancing teams in all 11 of our Wards Solicitors' offices handle thousands of conveyances and during more than 100 years in practice - and with the origin of our business in conveyancing - have built a reputation not only for reliability but expertise reflected in a consistently high number of personal recommendations and excellent satisfaction levels.
