They dodged, they bounced, they ran, they weaved - and in the process helped the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC) fund its vital work.

Two teams from Wards Solicitors' took part in the charity's dodgeball knockout tournament at Action Indoor Sport at Whitchurch - Wiley Wards, who finished fifth, and Wards Weavers who made it through to win the third place play off.

• GWAAC provides life-saving emergency care to people who cannot be reached by road or are critically ill and need help at the scene of the accident. Although it works closely with the NHS and is part of the 999 response service it is entirely funded by donations.
