Proud to be working with Barratt Homes on new builds in the Bristol area

Wards Solicitors is pleased to have been appointed as panel solicitors by national housebuilder Barratt Homes. Barratt Homes has recently launched two new housing developments in Bristol. The first is Charlton Hayes in Filton which is a development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

The second is Hanham Hall, Whittucks Road, Hanham. This development offers a range of energy efficient new homes set in 12 acres of open space and it is the first zero rated carbon development in England. It is to have a converted Grade II listed building as its centrepiece.

We are offering discounted legal fees for purchasers of properties on these developments.
