Standing out from the crowd – Wards Solicitors do it again

Wards Solicitors has once again been rewarded for the highest standards of practice management and client care with the Law Society's Lexcel quality mark for excellence.

The scheme is run by the Law Society and sets the benchmark for quality in a number of different areas including people management, risk management, client care and file and case management.

Wards Solicitors has held the sought after Lexcel Accreditation since the early days of the scheme's existence and has undergone rigorous and regular assessment ever since.

For clients, the Lexcel quality mark means they can expect, amongst other things, regular and accurate cost estimates, a timely response to enquiries, accessible information on how charges are calculated and an opportunity to comment and provide feedback.

David Sheridan, Wards Solicitors' Managing Partner, said: "We are committed to delivering the highest quality of local legal services to all our clients across all our 11 offices and are delighted this has been recognised once again by the Law Society."
