Two Wards Solicitors’ trainees join the team

Stephanie Hill and Mohamed Abdi have recently qualified as solicitors at Wards Solicitors having both joined as trainees in 2014.

Stephanie joins the Wills and Probate team in the Keynsham office where she will be involved with drafting Wills, Probate and Estate administration as well as Mental Capacity work including the application and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Mohamed, who is an active member of the Junior Lawyer's Division in Bristol, becomes part of the New Homes Team in Bradley Stoke which includes acting for purchasers of new build properties with the assistance of the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme and the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.

Stephanie said: "I am thoroughly enjoying meeting people, especially at initial will meetings. I find people fascinating and I especially enjoy making wills which reflect their wishes."

Whilst Mohamed added: "I like working to deadlines, being part of a busy team and helping guide clients through buying or selling a home, which can often be a stressful time for them."
