Wards Solicitors expand Wills & Probate team in Bristol

Tom Scoffham has joined Wards' Wills & Probate team, based at the Central Bristol office. He qualified as a solicitor in 2005 having trained with Peter Peter & Wright Solicitors. He joins us from Treasures Solicitors of Gloucester and specialises in all aspects of Wills & probate (estate administration) work, including Inheritance Tax planning issues and advising the elderly.

Tom comments: "Sadly, I see the many problems that can arise when people don't make proper provision for their latter years or on their death. However, on the positive side, I thoroughly enjoy advising private clients in relation to these issues, as well as helping them to minimise their tax burdens via careful estate planning. I'm looking forward to working with existing Wards' clients and meeting new ones in the area".
