Wards Solicitors’ Wills and Probate Team continues to grow
Wards Solicitors' Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity team - now one of the biggest in the South West - is further expanding with the addition of two new members to the department.
Solicitor, Tom Gabb, and chartered legal executive, Kim Brodribb, will take up their positions in the Keynsham and Yate offices respectively where they will add to the wealth of expertise and provision already offered across all 11 Wards Solicitors' offices.
Experience
The Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity team at Wards Solicitors is increasingly being recognised as one of the most experienced in the region.
Head of the team, Jenny Pierce holds the STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Advanced Certificate in Advising Vulnerable clients. This is a comprehensive programme for professionals advising those with issues of mental and physical incapacity.
Jenny has also been appointed to the Governments Office of the Public Guardian's prestigious Panel of Professional Deputies alongside her fellow partner, Rebecca Parkman.
In addition, the majority of Wards Solicitors' probate team lawyers are either student or full members of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). Full members hold the Certificate in Older Client Care in Practice Award. Jenny Pierce is SFE's regional coordinator for Bristol and Bath and Ruth Coles is Somerset's regional coordinator.
Welcoming Tom and Kim to the team, Jenny said: "It's exciting to welcome Kim and Tom to the Wards Solicitors' Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity Team. The Team is growing and we continue to go from strength to strength. Kim and Tom will find themselves busy from day one helping the Team maintain its friendly and professional reputation. They join a Team and firm that prides itself on high standards of client care."
Caroline Kourdoulos, a chartered legal executive, also joins the conveyancing team in Worle.
