‘Tenacious’ employment lawyer Julia Beasley recommended in legal guide

  • 23rd Oct 2019

Julia Beasley, Wards Solicitors’ employment law specialist solicitor, is once again singled out for praise in the Chambers and Partners 2020 UK guide.

She is highlighted as a ranked lawyer in the latest edition of the prestigious legal directory for having ‘expertise across the range of contentious employment matters, including complex discrimination and whistle-blowing cases’.

She is also described as a ‘tenacious’ lawyer who ‘fights hard for her clients’.

Formidable reputation

Julia joined Wards Solicitors in March 2018 with more than 15 years’ experience in her specialist area.

With a reputation for being an outstanding lawyer in her field in Bristol, she is renowned for her persistence and robust approach to contentious workplace problems.

Her workload comes mostly by personal recommendation from her many satisfied clients.

Julia was also ranked as a notable practitioner by Chambers in 2018 and 2019 described as being ‘incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with’.

Julia says: “What gets me out of bed every morning is the satisfaction of knowing I can help people solve their workplace problems.

“It might be getting compensation for a woman suffering sexual harassment or maternity discrimination, advising a whistleblower of his rights or helping an employer deal with equal pay or a difficult disciplinary issue.”
