On Thursday 18 April, David Baynton and Rebecca Lynch, Wards' Employment Law Partners, will be giving a run through of employment law for employees and employers, looking at areas including:

  • What rights do employees have to request flexible working?
  • Are employees entitled to a written contract of employment?
  • Are clauses preventing employees from competing after employment enforceable?
