Welcome to our new website
We're delighted to announce the launch of our brand new website. Over the past six months we've been working hard to make big improvements, reviewing how we share information with you and making it as easy as possible for you to interact with Wards.
To design our website, we worked with web design agency Karolo Design, and who better to explain the redesign than Mark Stevenson, Creative Director at Karolo:
Simplicity was always at the very core of what we wanted to achieve with Wards. With a specialist team working across 11 offices, Wards have a considerable amount of information to share. However, after taking a deeper look at the old website we found that users were reluctant to look around, with certain pages buried out of reach. Having been online for many years, the navigation of an increasing number of services had become a little confusing. This was the first thing we looked to change. You can now navigate the website via a simple, consistent navigation bar. Information is more logically grouped together, with relevant links, tools and downloads accessible from each service page.
An important part of Wards ethos is to not only share the expertise of their staff, but also the approachable, personalised service they offer their clients. To make sure this ethos filtered through into the website we've featured Wards team front and centre. You can see a friendly face on almost every page of the website. In the 'Meet the Team' area you can filter by service and location, helping you to find the right person in the right location. Read through testimonials, biographies and specialist experience to really get to know your solicitor.
With 11 offices in Bristol and the surrounding areas, a Wards office is never far away. To make sure you can always find your nearest office we've included each location on a map, with detailed directions and contact details for each.
We've also streamlined the Online Services offered by Wards. Whether you prefer to discuss your problem with a solicitor directly or complete part of the job online, you can now contact Wards in whichever way is best for you.
