With a growing caseload we have excellent opportunities across our service region for experienced Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity Solicitors /FCILEX to join our growing and highly regarded team. Solicitors with all levels of experience will be considered for the roles available.

You must have a range of experience advising private clients about Wills, probate, wealth preservation and succession planning.  Full STEP Membership and being a Fully Accredited Member of SFE is desirable but not essential.   Excellent salary and benefits  on offer.

Our well-regarded Wills and Probate practice is one of the largest in the South West and is listed in the Legal 500 2022 rankings.
