At Wards Solicitors, our Training Contract is designed to help you develop into a confident, capable solicitor.  As a Legal 500 recognised firm, we offer trainees the opportunity to work across a range of legal disciplines, supporting clients with varied and interesting matters.

From day one, you'll be part of a supportive team, working alongside experienced lawyers who will help you build your knowledge, develop practical skills and gain the experience needed for a successful career in law.

We begin our recruitment process for trainee solicitors 12 months in advance.  Applications for September 2028 training contracts will open in September 2027.
