David is a specialist, experienced lawyer acting for a wide range of employers, as well as senior
executives and employees.

Work handled for employer and employee clients includes:

  • Assisting clients to understand their legal rights and obligations;
  • Grievance, disciplinary and performance management procedures;
  • Disputes in the workplace;
  • Redundancy and restructuring;
  • Negotiating exit terms;
  • Drafting and advising on settlement agreements;
  • TUPE and corporate support;
  • Recruiting and hiring;
  • Advising on restrictive covenants (including team moves); and
  • Representing employer and employee clients in the Employment Tribunal and Civil Courts
