Right from our initial discussions, they provided invaluable assistance and were upfront about the merits of my case. Their support made a challenging period much more manageable, and the final outcome exceeded my expectations. What about funding?

We provide tailored funding options.  This means that we offer structured, fixed fees, capped costs or flexible, hourly rate instructions, according to your needs.  We are also able to provide insurance or union funded representation and our experience allows us to ensure that you receive maximum value from these services.

If you have been offered a settlement agreement, your employer will usually pay our legal fees for advising you on the terms.

Our regional presence and flexibility means that we provide great value for money without compromising on an exceptional standard of service.

There are a number of different ways this can be done, depending on your particular case: It may be that you have legal expenses insurance through a policy or a credit card and we can help you investigate this when you first contact us. If you don’t have it, it is still possible that in some circumstances, we can take on your case on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis.

If your employer offers you a settlement agreement, they will usually pay a contribution towards your legal costs. In straightforward situations, this contribution may be enough to cover our legal costs.

If things go as far as an Employment Tribunal, each party usually pays their own costs unlike the County Court where costs are usually awarded to the successful party. This means you can go to the tribunal without a real fear of having to pay your employers legal costs.
