Lucy is an experienced specialist solicitor working across the areas of Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity.

Lucy expertise specialises in:

  • Will drafting, Probate, administration of estates and Inheritance Tax planning.
  • Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Applications to the Court of Protection for Deputyship Orders and preparation of Deputyship Reports.
  • Dealing with the day-to-day management of Attorneyship and Deputyship matters to include working with Social Services and other authorities.
  • Long term care fee planning.

Qualifications and Experience

  • LLB Hons- University of the West of England 2012
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice- University of the West of England 2014
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in 2019
  • Fully accredited member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously Solicitors for the Elderly)
