Rebecca specialises in employment law, helping individuals and employers to navigate through workplace issues, challenges and disputes.

- Advice about employee rights including directors' duties and partnership matters
- Reviewing new employment contracts and related terms to set clients off on the right (and best financial) footing
- Helping to resolve conflicts at work
- Advising employees on long-term sick leave to explore the options available to them
- Helping to negotiate and maximise exit terms when leaving employment, including advice on any resulting settlement agreement
- If a dispute can’t be resolved, representation with ACAS and ultimately at the Employment Tribunal

- Helping with recruitment including offer letters, employment contracts and employee handbooks
- Providing day to day advice and guidance to HR teams
- Advising and supporting on workplace disputes including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Dealing with long-term absence including advising on PHI schemes
