Clevedon-based Aston Court Chambers & Centrepoint Developments LLC subject of claims by disappointed investors

James Taylor of Wards Solicitors has experience in bringing claims related to mis-sold Financial Services products, and in particular is acting for investors who put funds with CentrePointe of Arizona - an unregulated collective investment scheme (UCIS).

This group of disappointed investors were previously advised by members of Aston Court Chambers Wealth Management LLP, Nicholas Munnings, Carl O'Connell and Malcolm Dorrington.

Aston Court Chambers WM LLP, formerly of Yeo Bank Business Park, Kenn Road, Clevedon, was placed in liquidation in July 2012 and its predecessor firm, Aston Court Chambers Wealth Management Limited, was dissolved on the 17th May 2011.

James is interested in helping clients explore whether compensation may be available where they have lost out financially, as a result of advice given by members of Aston Court Chambers Wealth Management LLP or Aston Court Chambers Wealth Management Limited.

Even though the firms themselves may be in liquidation, or dissolved, it may be possible for investors to bring complaints and claims via the Financial Services Compensation Scheme which can provide substantial compensation to disappointed clients.
