New face for New Homes

Wards Solicitors' specialist New Homes team continues to grow with the appointment of Solicitor Aaliya Moledina.

Aaliya will act for first time buyers using the Government's Help to Buy scheme and deal with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties as well as re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

She joins the busy New Homes department, renowned for its fast, effective and friendly service, led by highly experienced Partner Geoff Goulding.
