New Family Law partner for Wards Solicitors

Local law firm, Wards Solicitors is pleased to announce that Alison Bradley has been promoted to Partner. Alison is a leading member of the Wards Solicitors' Family Law team, based in the Central Bristol office.

This comes on the back of further developments in the North Somerset team, with the admission of Weston-super-Mare's Natalie Amor to the Law Society's Children Law Panel and existing panel member, Jayne Penney moving to the firm's Clevedon office.

Alison specialises in helping people resolve issues arising from relationship breakdown, in particular matters concerning finances and arrangements for children. She is experienced in assisting clients using a range of dispute resolution including traditional legal and court processes, advising during mediation and is a trained collaborative lawyer. Alison also has experience in dealing with clients who wish to make financial arrangements in their relationship, including cohabitation and pre nuptial agreements. Alison is a Resolution accredited specialist in Financial Provision and in Cohabitation Law.

New partner, Alison Bradley said, "I like helping people to resolve issues that might, to them, seem impossible. It all comes down to finding the right approach for the people involved - for the whole family. At Wards Solicitors we have a leading Family Law team, with specialism across the legal disciplines. It's a huge privilege to have been moved up to partner and I look forward to my work to come."

People can easily access specialist legal advice, to help them resolve family disputes, at all Wards Solicitors offices, across North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and the Bristol area.
