Newly qualified Solicitor Ciaran Keane takes up full-time role in Commercial and Corporate Services

Wards Solicitors' latest 'home grown' lawyer, Ciaran Keane, has now qualified and joined our expanding Commercial and Corporate Services team.

Ciaran first came to work with us after completing his law degree in 2015. Before becoming a Wards Solicitors' trainee lawyer, he worked as a full time member of support staff across the firm whilst studying part time for his Legal Practice Course (LPC), gaining valuable inside knowledge of the law as he did so.

All his hard work has now paid off and we are delighted to welcome him as a fully qualified Solicitor to the Commercial and Corporate Services team where he will work alongside Partner Bridget Juckes and Solicitor Associate Joanne Turner, both highly experienced.

Managing Partner, David Sheridan, says: "Ciaran has worked extremely hard and I am delighted to now welcome him to Wards Solicitors as a fully qualified solicitor. I am sure his career will go from strength to strength."

Extensive expertise

Wards Solicitors' specialist Commercial and Corporate Services team offers extensive expertise across the full range of commercial law fields including buying and selling, mergers and acquisitions as well as employment contracts, non-contentious settlement agreements and loan arrangements.

The team can advise on everything from setting up a new business and securing business premises to growing and financing a business, acting for buyers and sellers in relation to share and business purchases and sales as well as strategies for business succession.

It also provides legal expertise in handling customer and supplier relationships, protecting a company's reputation and brand as well as employee issues including resolving disputes. It works with, and is closely supported by, Wards Solicitors' Commercial Property Team and Business Employment Team.
