Trust creation expertise grows with new appointment

The expertise in the creation and administration of trusts already available at Wards Solicitors has been further enhanced by the arrival of Solicitor Klerwi Le Fol-Caraës.

Klerwi, who will also assist in the drafting of simple Wills, has a background in Personal Injury law which gives her a crucial insight into the creation of Personal Injury Trusts in particular.

She will work closely with Partner and Trust Creation and Management specialist Mary Harty as part of the Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity team providing professional advice on drafting trust deeds to ensure that trusts are set up and managed properly.
