Full time Residential Property Solicitor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, 3 years PQE, to join our busy and highly regarded conveyancing team.

This would be a varied and interesting role working across our branch network assisting with holiday and sickness cover.

 

You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:

Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build);

Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership);

Re-mortgaging;

Transfers of equity;

Equity release;

Right to buy; and

Lease extensions.
