Candice specialises in advising clients and the drafting of Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Candice assists with the following matters:
- Advising clients on their Will options and the preparation of these documents, from simple Wills, to more complex Wills that include a trust.
- Advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney and the preparation of these documents
- Assisting clients with Grant of Probate applications.
