  • Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages
  • Property transfers following relationship breakdown, death, insolvency and pursuant to Court Order
  • Dealing with Unregistered land, first registrations and reconstruction of title
  • Adverse Possession claims and Land Registry issues
  • Buy to let purchases
  • Auction sales and purchases
  • New build property, shared ownership and equity release

  • Law Degree 1982
  • Post Graduate Law Society Exams 1983
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in 1985
