Jan deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including:
- Sales, purchases and re-mortgages of both freehold and leasehold property;
- Acting for first time buyers, investors and buyers/sellers at auction;
- Transfers of property following relationship breakdown, by agreement or following a death;
- Voluntary First Registrations and Unregistered Land;
- Enquiries regarding the contents of deeds, for example, development restrictions and boundary queries.

- Qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) in 2003
- Has specialised in Residential Conveyancing and Property work since 1994
