Jan deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including:

  • Sales, purchases and re-mortgages of both freehold and leasehold property;
  • Acting for first time buyers, investors and buyers/sellers at auction;
  • Transfers of property following relationship breakdown, by agreement or following a death;
  • Voluntary First Registrations and Unregistered Land;
  • Enquiries regarding the contents of deeds, for example, development restrictions and boundary queries.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) in 2003
  • Has specialised in Residential Conveyancing and Property work since 1994
