Theo deals with the full range of property related work including house/flat sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) within the local area and throughout the country, and particularly London.

He specialises in all aspects of the leasehold property market including:

  • Lease extensions
  • Variation of defective Leases
  • Advising on doubling ground rents
  • Purchasing the freehold of leasehold houses
  • Property transfers pursuant to insolvency, matrimonial breakdown and death
  • Acting for developers in the acquisition of development land and freehold and leasehold plot sales
  • Auction  sales and purchases
  • Equity release mortgages
  • Individual and portfolio remortgages

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Political Science and International Politics.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in 1998
  • Has specialised in Residential Conveyancing and Property work since 1997
  • Previously: 8 years working in the Planning Inspectorate as a planning appeals section manager and co-ordinating High Court re-determination matters and 4 years working as Secretary to the Vehicle Inspectorate Executive Agency’s Directing Board
