Tom is an experienced lawyer dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing and has worked in property law since 2014.

Tom deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including:

  • Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property;
  • Auction sales and purchases (preparation of auction packs);
  • Re-mortgages;
  • Transfers of equity;
  • Matrimonial transfers;
  • Probate sales and purchases;
  • Sales via an attorney.

  • Graduate Diploma in Law 2010-2011 (Law Degree)
  • Legal Practice Course (LPC) 2011-2012
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in 2014
