Four members of our specialist property disputes team have been awarded membership of the Property Litigation Association.

Membership is given to lawyers who can demonstrate their success in resolving residential, commercial and agricultural property law disputes, including professional negligence claims relating to property transactions and advice.

This covers not only litigation but experience of using effective alternative dispute resolution services to settle disputes before they reach the courtroom.

The following have become members of the Property Litigation Association (PLA):

They join Wards Solicitors' property dispute lawyers, James Taylor and Emma Kerry, who are already members of the PLA.

High standards

Partner Elizabeth Fry, head of Wards Solicitors' Disputes team, says: "I am delighted that another four members of our property disputes team have met the criteria for membership of the PLA, evidence of the dedication, professionalism, experience and knowledge these lawyers bring to their work."

  • Wards Solicitors has once again been recommended as a leading practice in the 2021 edition of Legal 500, an independent guide to the UK's best lawyers and firms. Click here to read more.
